Parenting Children with ADHD

A 6-week course designed for parents of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Led by an experienced and friendly tutor, Corrina Woods, this course is a welcoming and non-judgemental place to learn about the needs of your child.

During the course, you will learn about what ADHD is and how to best support your child. The tutor will provide information and guide group discussion to help you select appropriate techniques to help manage behaviour. The impact of diet will also be covered.

Our aim is for you to feel confident about discussing ADHD and the affect it has on the whole family. By the end of the course, we want you to feel more knowledgeable, more confident and more connected to other people in similar situations.
