Assistant Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to join the Finance team at Southern Brooks Community Partnerships.

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to join the Management Accounting team. They will work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding financial support and information.

 

The successful candidate will be pro-active, comfortable with working with a wide range of people from both a finance and non-finance background, and able to work autonomously. Attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines are essential.

Salary: £25,079 per annum pro rata

Working Hours: Part-time, 16.5 hours per week

Benefits:
25 days leave per year plus bank holidays pro rata and Pension Scheme

Location: 
The role will be based in our Office in the Coniston Community Centre Patchway.

Finance Manager

Working Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Wellbeing Project Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Project Coordinator.

We need someone to help us to provide a frontline response for people accessing the Health and Wellbeing Service and to work closely with HWB team to implement effective administrative systems for the HWB service 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years’ experience of using database software e.g. Charity Log 
  • Proven knowledge and experience of monitoring and evaluation 
  • 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in a health and wellbeing setting and/or where service users have complex needs 
  • Proven experience of accurate record-keeping and processing confidential information 
  • Experience of setting up an IT-based recording and monitoring systems 
  • Experience of creating marketing materials e.g. social media, e-newsletters, leaflets and posters 
  • Experience of updating websites and using web content management system 

We are gradually reopening our offices and the successful candidate will be expected to spend time in the office to ensure that they have every opportunity to build strong working relationships and understand our work.

Salary: £12 per hour

Working Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week
