Wellbeing Mentor  

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Wellbeing Mentor.  In this role you will work closely and creatively with the local communities and partner agencies to establish and maintain an effective wellbeing service for individuals and families.

You: As a Wellbeing Mentor you will lead and co-ordinate appropriate service provision to families/ individuals allocated  to you.  The services and signposting you provide will be tailored to the people you work with the aim of supporting families/individuals to make sustainable change.

Salary: £24,764 per annum pro rata.

Hours: 22 hours per week fixed term until the 31st March 2023. We will consider requests for flexible working.
