Volunteer Centre Co-ordinator

We're looking for a part-time Volunteer Centre Coordinator to join our friendly Community Development team. Based in our Patchway office - near to Cribbs Causeway - you will connect people wanting to volunteer with local organisations and groups across South Gloucestershire, with a focus on Patchway, Kingswood and Yate.

As the Volunteer Centre Coordinator, you will seek out potential volunteers through online promotion and attending community events, fairs and library drop-in sessions. As such the role requires a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Alongside strong organisational skills, you'll be confident engaging with people to quickly build a rapport, encouraging and supporting them into a volunteer role. You'll develop good relationships with charities and community groups to understand their volunteering needs and find a suitable match for volunteers.
