In this session, we will look to support, motivate and guide you about getting more active.

The session will cover :

  • Active during lockdown - outside vs inside
  • Positive mindset
  • Benefits of being active
  • Tony's top tips to stay active!
  • Useful resources and apps
  • Active plan
  • 1-2-1 and other themes

The session will last approximately 1 hour.

About the facilitator

This session will be delivered by our wellbeing worker Tony, who is keen on supporting people to keep their minds and bodies active in a friendly and achievable way.

About the facilitator

This session will be delivered by our wellbeing worker Kate, who will be covering this session, she sees how self-care is a valuable element of making and holding social connections in an honest manner.
