Eat Well Activity Taster

Join us for an Eat Well activity session to find out what is meant by a 'well-balanced and healthy diet'. In a fun and creative session, we will explore the NHS Eat Well guidelines and make a handy booklet to support small changes.

There will be a 3-hour session on Friday 31st January and a 1-hour follow-up session on Friday 28th February 1:30pm-2:30pm with further tips and to share progress.
