Eat Well Activity Session
During these online sessions, you will find out what is meant by a 'well-balanced and healthy diet'. In a fun and creative session, we will explore the NHS Eatwell Guide and make a handy booklet to support small changes.
The session will be delivered with a presentation, activities, group chat and an instructional video for making the booklet.
You do not need to have any previous knowledge, these sessions are suitable for all ages.
You will need a webcam, microphone, paper and pen/pencil as this is an interactive session.
🕐 This is a 3-week course will be held every week on Monday 7pm-7.45pm starting on June 22nd. The 3 sessions build on each other, so you will need to attend them in order. You only need to book on the first session.
