Mindful Meditation


These Mindful Meditation sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to bring some stillness in these unsettling times.
With more people working from home or self isolating, it is easy to feel isolated.
These Meditation sessions will remind you how we are connected and that some things remain stable and unchanging.
The sessions will run for 4 weeks.
Each session will be for 1 hour.
Each session will start with a check in followed by a 20-30 minute meditation

This session is run by Southern Brooks Community Partnerships on behalf of South Gloucestershire Council.
One You South Gloucestershire is for all adults over the age of 18 who are South Gloucestershire residents or registered with a GP practice in South Gloucestershire.
