Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Shout is the UK’s first 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere.

They provide anonymous online support for young people and a helpline.
Their helpline on 0800 58 58 58 is for people in the UK who are down or have hit a wall for any reason, who need to talk or find information and support.
If you’re experiencing a mental health problem or supporting someone else,
0300 304 7000 (16:30pm – 22:30pm every day).
It provides a safe place to talk and receive support. Operators have lived experience of Trans+ or are Allies. The helpline is available on Mondays and Fridays, between 20:00 – Midnight, at 0300 330 5468.
