Writing for Wellbeing - Online Session
This 4-week wellbeing course is based on Mindfulness and Compassion and will allow you to connect to your creative side which can often lead to powerful insightful work. These sessions are welcoming and supportive to all abilities and ages.
Each week there will be a check in with participants, we will cover topics such as gratitude, writing a letter to yourself as your best friend, positive aspects of lockdown and more.
There will be a 5/10 minute meditation.
You will be invited to do some free writing on given topics and share (only if you wish to share).
We also explore some poems and literature
There will also be optional homework.
The session will last approximately 90 minutes and is limited to 8 people.
The course will be held every week between 11am-12:30pm for 4 weeks, starting on Tuesday 9th June. You only need to book on the first week.
