Wellbeing drop in sessions

We run two drop-in sessions for anyone aged 18 or over.

These meetings offer an informal and relaxed space where you can meet others, talk about things that might be bothering you and find out about activities or sources of support that are available locally.

There are different activities planned every week, which you can choose to get involved with. e.g. arts and crafts, guest speakers, well-being course taster sessions, and many more.

The sessions are free and you can just come along on the day.  If you'd like to talk to someone before you come, please call Georgina Green on 01454 868570 or email georginagreen@southernbrooks.org.uk
