If you have a child aged 8-12 and your family needs help with school attendance, getting back into work, overcoming barriers to good mental and physical health, you may be able to access our support.
One of our friendly, experienced workers will listen to you without making any judgements. Your knowledge and expertise will be valued and you’ll start being able to deal with your own problems. Sometimes, you just need a bit of support to do this.

Christmas Hamper for families : Read Amy's story who is single parent and lives with her nine year old daughter who has behavioural difficulties and is undergoing assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders.
Financial Planning support: Read Tina's story how she tackled situation to save her house. Tina used our Wellbeing Mentor Service specifically for people living in Bromford properties, as she was behind in paying her rent and risked losing her home. Tina has a number of medical conditions and suffered from depression, which broke down her marriage.

Citizen's Advice offer expert support with different types of issues including, debt, benefits, work, money, housing, immigration, law courts, consumer and health. Bristol Citizens Advice Bureau have a drop in service at their office 48 Fairfax Street, Bristol BS1 3BL running from 9.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
