Enhanced Support

You might not feel ready to join our ‘5 ways to wellbeing workshops’.  We can still help. We are working with a specialist health coach from Oasis-Talk who can help you feel ready to become involved.

You may want to continue your wellbeing journey through volunteering.  There is a range of opportunities across Southern Brooks provisions.  Volunteering roles can be at a level you are confident with fulfilling, for example, you can help a wellbeing worker with running a workshop or support an individual to get to a peer support group. As a volunteer, you will be offered training to help you in the role you choose to undertake.
