Calling all Dementia Friends!

The South Gloucestershire Dementia Action Alliance’s main aim is to raise awareness of Dementia and ensure that South Gloucestershire is a place where those living with Dementia are respected and can contribute to their community, by helping to create Dementia Friendly Communities.

Southern Brooks have been holding regular Dementia Friends information sessions for the past three years. These Free sessions help members of the public to think about how Dementia Friendly their community is and also gives them an insight to what Dementia is, and how their small steps can contribute to a Dementia Friendly society.

We would like to find out what impact the Dementia Friends information sessions have made to those who attended, by asking you to complete The South Gloucestershire Dementia Action Alliance Survey 2018. This survey should only take around ten minutes, and will enable us to evaluate what we are doing and its impact. If you would rather, we can send you a paper copy to complete – just get in touch!

The survey is anonymous so no personal data will be gathered. Your support is very much appreciated!
