Active in Life

Active in Life provide a range of fitness classes and activities for £2 per session. To be eligible, you must:

  • be currently doing less than 30 mins exercise per week
  • live in South Gloucestershire
  • be 18+

These gentle sitting exercises will help improve your mobility and prevent falls, and can even be done at home.

Well Aware

Well Aware provide information on a wide range of organisations; support groups, community groups, events and activities that can help people improve their health and wellbeing in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
