Meditation - Online Session
During this session, you will be guided through a visualisation meditation to help bring a sense of peace, calmness and relaxation.
Through each session, we will visualise different places, experiences and colours to help bring a holistic balance and positive sense of wellbeing.
Some of the meditations over different sessions may include focusing on the chakras, cleansing, grounding and energising meditations as well as going on journeys through nature and visualising energy.
You will be given the chance after each meditation to share any experiences or feelings that you had during the meditation, although this is completely optional and there will be no expectation to interact.
• The sessions will vary in length depending on the meditation but please allow up to an hour for the whole session, for any discussions we have afterwards.
• You can book in on as many sessions as you like as each meditation is unique. However please remember to cancel if you're unable to attend, a reminder email will be sent out
• Headphones are recommended for the meditation part of the session.
About the facilitator
This session will be delivered by our wellbeing coach Sarah who is enthusiastic about the way in which relaxation can have a positive impact on wellbeing.

Which platform do you use for online sessions?
We use Google Meet. Instructions will be sent when you have booked your session as well as a reminder. You can use a PC/laptop using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. You can also download the app on Android and iOS devices. We also provide an option to dial-in using a landline or mobile phone (charged at local call rate).
Do I need to have a Google account to join the session?
No, you only need to book your place on Eventbrite.
Do I need to have a webcam or microphone to join the session?
Yes, you will need to have a webcam and microphone if you wish to get involved with discussions. This is optional for meditation, so just the ability to hear the sound through your device will be required.
