Head of Sustainable Communities

Our Senior Leadership Team are as passionate about helping the communities that we serve as they are about supporting the wider Southern Brooks family. Approachable, dedicated and really good at their jobs, they work together to steer the operational side of Southern Brooks. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, strategic leader to join our dynamic SLT for a year-long maternity cover contract.

As Head of Sustainable Communities, you will have management responsibility for Managers operating within this important area of our service which includes Priority Neighbourhoods and Community Cohesion.

You'll represent the service as a credible ambassador, developing and maintaining key strategic relationships with partners including South Gloucestershire Council, CVS, DHI and the Integrated Care Partnership - which you will also be involved in developing.

If you have the relevant experience, drive and passion and want to develop key relationships alongside your own skills and interests, then this role could be perfect for you!

Salary and Hours: 37 hours per week. £31,368.
