Understanding Menopause – online session

Have you been experiencing any of these symptoms?

  • Hot flashes
  • Chills
  • Night sweats
  • Sleep problems
  • Mood changes
  • Weight gain and slowed metabolism

You are not alone, 45% of people aged 45-55 in the UK experience menopause symptoms.

This workshop is a chance to meet others experiencing the same things. It will give you an opportunity to share with each other how you're dealing with the changes that are happening to you and how you are all managing them.

Our tutor will walk you through what is happening to your body and go through why the changes in hormones make you feel the way you do. This will help you to feel strong enough to tackle any changes to your sleep patterns, exercise, eating, stress and many more ways we can look to improve our symptoms and how we feel.

Once you understand that your body is really going through a dramatic change at a chemical level, (and therefore you need to change your habits to accommodate these fundamental changes,) then you can move into your post menopause years much more knowledgeable and with a healthier approach to life!
