One You South Gloucestershire brings everything together to support local people in South Gloucestershire to improve their wellbeing as well as make healthier lifestyle choices.

Aims of the Service

• Feel more confident about managing your emotional and mental wellbeing
• Feel more able to get involved in your local communities
• Feel less isolated, and less anxious
• Feel able to make changes in other areas of your life

One You South Gloucestershire is for all adults over the age of 18 who are South Gloucestershire residents or registered with a GP practice in South Gloucestershire.

What is Wellbeing?

Having a feeling of wellbeing means: 

  • to have good mental health 
  • being satisfied with life 
  • feeling a sense of meaning, or purpose 
  • being able to manage stress well 

1-1 Support

How can I make a referral? 

We are no longer accepting referrals for one-to-one wellbeing support. Please see our list of Wellbeing Resources for information about improving your wellbeing or join one of our Wellbeing Workshops. If you require more in depth mental health support, please see our list of Mental Health Resources listing services and crisis support.

Wellbeing Sessions & Groups

What are Wellbeing Sessions & Groups? 

OYSG Wellbeing also provide a wide range of free sessions and groups. We offer these both online and face-to-face. You can find what we offer here. Or you can book directly on our Eventbrite page here.

If you have difficulty registering for any of our events online, you can contact us by phone on 0117 403 4238 , or by email at wellbeing@southernbrooks.org.uk to register.

Who can register for a Wellbeing Session or Group? 

To be eligible, an individual must meet the following criteria: 

  • Over the age of 18 
  • And either:
    • Living in South Gloucestershire or registered at a GP surgery in South Gloucestershire, or  
    • A carer living in Bristol, caring for someone who lives in/registered at a GP surgery in South Gloucestershire.

People can register for a session or group for free.
